This is what you need to do to secure your spot and scholarships for fall 2026.
1 Review these acceptance conditions now
You must meet these three acceptance conditions by July 31, 2026 in order to register!
  • Satisfy the English language requirement.
  • Successfully complete the final year of secondary school.
  • Submit the official school-leaving certificate or diploma.
There are also things you need to do to prepare for your arrival in Pafos (see point 4 below)
2 Pay the confirmation fee by May 15, 2026  
The confirmation fee is a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit to your student account that can be used for tuition or other university fees. It is:
€1,000 if you are an EU/EEA/Swiss citizen,
or
€3,500 if you are not an EU/EEA/Swiss citizen and require an entry permit to Cyprus.
Payment of this fee satisfies the €3,000 minimum advance payment required by the Migration Department and is divided as follows:
  • €1,000: student-account deposit;
  • €2,000: student-account deposit (refundable if the entry permit is not awarded by the Civil Registry and Migration Department);
  • €500: for settling visa charges, bank guarantee, and processing fees.

3 Select your major

Reply to your acceptance email, specify your major, and attach proof of confirmation fee payment.

4 Prepare for your arrival in Pafos ​
AUB Mediterraneo will support new students to secure housing and visa/residency permits for Cyprus.

4.1   Apply for  housing (if you plan to live in the student dorms).

You can choose among the available housing options as soon as you pay the confirmation fee. Please note that housing is allocated on a first come, first served basis. Enroll as early as possible to secure your first choice of housing!


4.2  Apply for a student visa (for international students). 

If you hold a non-EU citizenship, you are required to apply for and obtain an Entry Permit ('Blue Slip') before your arrival in Cyprus.

In order for the university to submit your file to the Migration Department in Cyprus and Process your Entry Permit, ​ you must submit your original/hard copy Entry Permit document no later than June 14, 2026.

4.3 R​eview your welcome email, and complete all required steps. It contains essential information regarding your AUB Mediterraneo email account, housing, visa and residency, and online orientation.
